ARUORA IELTS — Terms of Service
1. The service
ARUORA IELTS ("the Service") is an independent IELTS-preparation practice platform. ARUORA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of IELTS organisations, test owners, or administrators. "IELTS" is a trademark of its respective owners; we use the word only to describe the preparation focus of the Service.
2. AI-estimated scores — no guarantees
- Practice feedback and band scores are produced with the help of AI and are estimates only — not official IELTS results.
- We do not guarantee any future test score, admission, scholarship, visa or immigration outcome.
- Readiness assessments are estimates based on the evidence you provide in the product; they are not licensed counsellor, immigration, or examiner advice.
3. Eligibility (beta)
The Service is currently adult-only (18+). By creating an account you declare that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction). Accounts belonging to minors may be suspended until a reviewed minor-data flow exists.
4. Your content
- You keep ownership of the material you submit.
- You grant ARUORA the limited licence needed to process that content to provide the Service (scoring, feedback, storage, export).
- Your content is not used to train AI models.
- Do not submit content you have no right to upload, or third-party copyrighted material (e.g. copied official practice tests).
5. Acceptable use
No automated scraping, account sharing, attempts to access other users' data, bypassing rate limits or the task pool, unlawful content, or use for exam fraud. We may rate-limit, throttle, or suspend accounts to protect cost, security and service quality.
6. Availability
The Service is provided as-is during its beta period. Features (including AI features) may be limited by budgets, queues or provider availability, and may change or be discontinued.
7. Privacy
Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Notice, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Termination & deletion
You may delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). On deletion, user-owned data is removed by design; de-identified financial/audit records may be retained per policy and law.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARUORA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service, including reliance on estimated scores.
10. Contact & changes
